Make Dropdowns and Checkboxes read only?

I am currently making a multistep form using contact 7 and I have a page where you can review then submit your submission. I was wondering if on this review page if there is anyway to make the checkbox and dropdown fields readlonly? I was able to do this easily with text fields by adding readonly to the end of the form tag. Is there any bit of code I can add to the checkbox and dropdown form tags to make them read only as well?
