Make Deposit button is error & Can't checkout by Virtual Wallet payment

I just tried to used the User Wallet Credit System but I have 2 problems.
1. When I click on Make Deposit button, the page redirect to error page. Please look the image below

2. I try to checkout by Virtual Wallet payment but I can’t do it.
Can you explain for me?
