Is there a way to make the Custom the only option? The group I’m using this with has many levels, but they are broad, and they don’t want someone giving $500 because that was the gateway to that level, when they could have been given $600 (but not the $750 required for the next level). I’d just like to see an option to make the Custom the default, or the only level. We’re detailing rewards for levels on the page the form will appear on. It’s a membership campaign for a community theatre.

    Hi @tuscanytrace!

You can create a set level form and then allow for custom amounts, which will automatically have one suggested level, but donors then could modify the total amount. The option for set level (as opposed to multilevel) is on the top of the Form’s edit screen.

??Let me know if that resolves things, or if you need further assistance. ?Thanks for using Give! Have a great day.

Yeah, I could see that as the way it’s meant to work. I think that donors are more likely to choose a lower custom amount than they might have planned on if that amount falls between two levels, so I’d like not to have to suggest levels at all, and just make Custom the default. We detail the rewards they get for each donation level on that same page, so if they want the 12 free tickets and backstage tour, and they have $3,000 to give, they can input that instead of taking the easy way out and clicking the $2,500 button. There are 5 total tiers.
