Make CF7 CSS/JS files to load only on pages where the form is being used

For performance, if it possible to make the CSS/JS files to load ONLY on pages where the form is being used?
This plugin, like many others, have the issue of loading all of its files on every page load. This is of course a bad practice for high trafficed sites that rely on good performance.
It would be a shame to ditch this plugin as it is certainly a great one.
Maybe there is a solution for this? I don’t mind manual hacks either if it came to it.
