Make Category Restricted

Hi, I want to make a category for posts restricted so only logged in users can view and comment. Is there a way to do this? I don’t want the users to have to type in the restricted shortcode every time. Here’s my site: lfha.net. I’ve already hidden the category by putting it on a page that’s restricted, but someone could always send the link out https://lfha.net/category/resident-forum/.
