Make catalog price text appear once

I have a slight problem here and hope it can be solved.

I am trying to display the “Please login to register…” message which i configured through the catalog visibility options in the woocommerce settings. I display this message to guests (visitors who have not logged in).

The problem is the message appears twice. I placed my products on individual pages. Here is a link to show you what I mean.

On some of my pages like the one below, I want to add attributes (flavor) so I used the woocommerce in-built products page and this one displays the price text just fine.

if i remove the price text it also disappear from products page (second link).

question: how can I make it appear once in the first link yet maintaining the message in the products page on the second link?
