Make call to External API at checkout

Hey, so I want to use WooCommerce in our Webshop where we sell vouchers for our retail stores.
The vouchers are designed to work with our In-store POS system and order to create a voucher, a few API calls have to be made.
Is it possible to make these API calls when a user sucessfully made a purchase in WooCommerce and then redirect him/her to a page where the voucher can be downloaded?
