Make buttons no follow

    I am working on a blog post (so it is not live yet) that will utilize the multi-buttons feature. The links within the buttons are affiliate links, so they need to be marked as such. When I try to add the rel = nofollow into the html coding of the button it “breaks” the coding.

    How can I go about making these buttons no follow another way?
