Make Admin Look Like Theme

Hi, are there any plugins that instantly take certain values of your theme and apply it to your admin so that users dashboards aren’t so wildly different than what they see when they visit my blog?

I found the Admin Themer plugin, but I’m wondering if there’s something simpler out there.
