thanks for the reply. Sorry I wasn’t clear enough. I was referring to the html location instead of the location its displayed in.

If you were to inspect the source html for https://elawjournal.com you would realise that the admin bar loads after the body.

I want it to load before the other contents.

This is because in slower internet connections, the page sometimes load without the admin bar which is also the navigation bar. This cripples my site.
