Make added footer above the existing one

    Hello,
    I have installed the plugin for the purpose of adding two fullwidth information footer areas:
    1 – a horizontal menu
    2 – a contact area
    (It is possible to make them side by side, as well)
    I have added a footer widget area as instructed, however, it appears below the existing footer of the Theme.
    I am using a child of the Twenty-thirteen theme and have done no customizations in the footer, save color.
    Can you help me, please?
