Make a new login name?

    Were running the following site:
    WordPress 4.6.1 running Twenty Twelve theme.

    We are getting an email like this a lot these days:
    “A host, 186.202.120.146, and a user, katfromicca, have been locked out of the WordPress site at https://functionalyogaonline.com due to too many bad login attempts.”

    How do I change my login user name? So that they dont lock the user name I use with bad attempts to login?

    Not the answer you were looking for but if you start understanding how your site usernames are harvested you are one step closer to preventing it from happening.
    The iTSec plugin has features in the WordPress Tweaks module which help mitigate user enumeration.
