Make a dropdown list with images ?

    Is there a way to make a dropdown list of items to add to a form with images of the items ?

    Yes I have a list of items in a cf7 dropdown list.
    I was hoping to add a thumbnail image for each item in the list.
    so when the website user chooses their item to add to the form they can see the image of the item
