make a book from a blog?

hi,

we would like to make a print publication of all articles from a category (and a date range, but this is our problem). did someone even try this? how would you start? each article on a page would be a start, but it should preferable end up in a multi-column format.

background is, that we use the eventcalender for the schedule of a local radio station and would like to print the schedule once a month.
