    The last two updates to the plugin are marked “major version update”

    With an active site, we are concerned this change will break our site and customisations.

    Can you give details of the major version update and what changes it will bring?

    Hello @2020media, Yes- we are going to launch a major update containing the underlying code optimization and tweaks. This will allow us to work on new features and fix some of the existing workflow problems.

    All our extensions have been updated as well to work seamlessly with new version.

    Regarding your concern about customization, could you please provide us details regarding those? Do you have custom changes or custom extensions built by third-party developers? Our support team will assist you with information required to make sure your site and customization keep working smoothly.

    Also, could you please confirm if you use Premium version or extensions of EventPrime?
