  • Hey Beisbolct, my site is Politics Across The Pond, I removed the sitemeter and it works fine, you pose an interesting question. I am not the coder in my house so I am going to ask my little brother and see what he says. It is strange how IE7 can work one day and not another. It is probably a sitemeter issue perhaps? I am going to email them to see what they say.

I was going to do that in the morning. It turned out the sitemeter issue affected all 3 of my sites, the two I mentioned above on WordPress and one that was just a regular website.

We also had this problem and it is indeed a Sitemeter issue. Nothing to do with WordPress:

At least this thread put me quickly on the right track.

Thanks for the sitemeter tip. That was the culprit.

It was a lucky guess. If you do use sitemeter to track page visits and all that, you can still use the non-html code for now. it doesn’t track referrers but works fine in IE7.

I removed sitemeter from my blog page and was able to switch back to my old WordPress template, so it looks like sitemeter was the culprit on my page as well.

I am an amatuer, but need help:
Created much content (posts) using Firefox. Suddenly I notice that those posts cannot be viewed by IE users. Just looks blank. You can see the title, but nothing else. Any suggestions?

I ran the validator and sent the info to our volunteer webmaster, but she can’t look at it until tomorrow. Any suggestions for us?

I hav my website https://www.techraga.com and I found the same issue in my site also I have no installed any thing as given above.

after some RND I found that it was an issue with my previous post I deleted one line from that post.

I am not expert in wp but I deleted that post and created a new one and it worked great…..
I explained thinngs in my blog also here
