You can remove the plugin folder from wp-contents/plugins/ as it’s similar to deactivating the plugin. To access the plugins folder, you can use FTP or your cPanel file manager.

]]>In order the establish a FTP connection you need the FTP server address, the FTP user name and the password. In most cases the FTP address is equal to the domain name. But without knowing the user name and the password, the server address is rather useless.
I suggest contacting your hosting provider and ask him how to access your cPanel and/or your FTP server.
