Major page problem

Hi,

On my site https://www.twillingatenl.com I decided to make a certain page my home page instead of just using the standard home page that shows your blog posts (kind of using it as a CMS) so I did that.

The page is called “Welcome to the world’s best kept secret.” but when I go to my blog (you can take a look) in the navigation bar on the right you can click HOME and it’ll take you there but Welcome to the world’s best kept secret is there too and it’;s kind of a duplicate page problem that i want to get rid of.

I just want the home link there and the welcome to the world’s… link gone. Is this possible?
