Major List of Errors

Hi everyone,
I’ve been experiencing a lot of stress the days with some paid plugins on my website. After multiple attempts to update them now my website has crashed completely.
I’ve been able to change my plugin file to ‘plugins.hold’ as mentioned in the tutorial and the page showed me the option to repair and optimize my database. As I confirmed the option a whole list of error showed up:

wprf_postmeta: Table ‘theherbs_wp290.wprf_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
wprf_terms: Table ‘theherbs_wp290.wprf_terms’ doesn’t exist
wprf_term_taxonomy: Table ‘theherbs_wp290.wprf_term_taxonomy’ doesn’t exist
wprf_term_relationships: Table ‘theherbs_wp290.wprf_term_relationships’ doesn’t exist
wprf_termmeta: Table ‘theherbs_wp290.wprf_termmeta’ doesn’t exist
wprf_signups: Table ‘theherbs_wp290.wprf_signups’ doesn’t exist

Needless to say I don’t know where to start since everything on the seems not to exist?
