Major Issues with my website after update – please assist

My entire video embedded website was centered around this playlist!! I have around 20-30 playlists on the website and the format is entirely screwed up. Website is un-useable!
The videos were set up in a grid format with one large video at the top and 3-10 small thumbnail videos underneath the main video with a description of the video under each thumbnail.
This was the old layout of the top of the homepage underneath the first main image:
Now all of the thumbnail videos in each section displayed by the shortcode below are the same size as the first main video (500width) and changing the shortcode width size does nothing. The thumbnail size is a huge problem because it is screwing with the useability and layout of the website. All the playlists featured on the website are controlled by these shortcode inputs. Is there something that i need to add thanks to the update, or is there something i am missing?? Can i fix this with a simple css override?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, because this is going to take 4 hours to find another plugin and re-do every single page on the site. i will pay
