Major Issues

  • Even paid users do not get replies to support queries. Plugin generally works well but has a major flaw in the dashboard widget which can prevent you from logging into your website. Very bad. You can get around it by using ‘Widget Disable’ plugin to disable the Mail Bank dashboard widget.
