Major issue with export/import data

  • We have a problem with exporting + importing data of variable products + variations.

    When running an export we only get a column ?meta:_fixed_price_rules“ with data in it. We were using the standard woocommerce product export function and the import/export plugin from webtoffee.

    If we are running an import and formatting the various tier prices according to your plugin page on wordpress (https://prnt.sc/122vyrg) with
    ?quantity:price,quantity:price“ – for example – ?10:20,20:18“ with the column heading “meta:_fixed_price_rules“, the data is not imported, neither with the Webtoffee import plugin, nor with the standard woocommerce import function.

    Do we have to include other columns in the import CSV to properly import the data?
    If so, which are these and how are these called/named?

    Or does it require the premium version to get all neccessary columns to be exported/imported?

    Hello @mobizdev,

    The import&export feature is available in the free version.

    You must choose the import field type. The plugin has to process import format into the correct one for the plugin to work.

    Currently, you can use the standard Woo import tool as well as WPAllImport. Other import tools are not supported.
