• The notification emails that are sent to customers and to service providers include incorrect time slot information, rendering the plugin completely useless.

    As an example:
If an appointment is booked for 1:00pm on a Tuesday, the email notification might say that the appointment is for 5:00pm that day. The correct slot is booked in the ‘Appointments’ tab, and the initially scheduled appointment is removed as a possible bookable appointment, but the customer and service provider receive incorrect notification.

Also- The Google Calendar integration does not work as described. After having completed the Developer Console steps provided by Bookly, booked appointments still do not appear on the service provider’s Google Calendar.

Unless these issues are resolved, there’s no need to purchase this plugin – both render Bookly completely useless.

  • I about to try out this plug-in. Just an idea for you… did you double check the time-zone settings for WP?

    Hi,

Google Calendar integration is disabled in the Lite version of Bookly. You should have seen a warning popup message about this when you clicked any field in Settings -> Google Calendar.

    Thanks
