Major Error messages

I just upgraded to the newest version and now my site is really messed up. I am getting this error message on my homepage: https://homeandholidays.com/

I don’t know anything at all about databases so if someone could explain what I need to do to fix this in WP for Dummies language, I would sure appreciate it ??
