major bug- need help

Hello, for some reason the peepso plugin suddenly doesnt allow me to access backend and makes my site slow. i deactivated all plugins and found it was coming from peepso. How can this be fixed or is this something that is happening to others too? perhaps i need to reset some peepso settings (however i cant access backend to do that… and if i disable peepso, how can i access its settings?). Can peepso be deleted without losing all data, will that help?

the only other theory i have is that there could be some sort of cache issue. i updated peepso today and the updates dont seem to be reflected on the frontend however its file has been updated.

edit: ive changed from gecko theme to something else and that seemed to allow me back on backend, however everything is still way too slow to work with. then when i went back to gecko a critical error occurred and i couldnt access backend
