mainWP effective WordPress admin

I’d trialled the free version of mainWP and eventually bought the own forever package as it’s great to be able to get in on this level of quality product before it becomes annual chargeable only.
I’ve been using it professional for over two years now and I’ve found it can run well even on a good quality shared hosting platform, but it really springs to life on something like a Cloudways – Vultr base package with Redis enabled.
It is more reliable to have it on a low populated server, and ideally a server seperate from your websites if possible. Clodways makes this easy, as would perhaps spinning up a DO or Vultr package directly without Cloudways to save on budget.
Correctly configured to match your server’s response rate mainWP does really fly, and makes tasks like rolling out a favoured plugin to many existing websites really fast and straight forward.
I like the updates and security notifaction and it just bring sanity to a situation where you have maybe 10 or more clients websites keep up to date and under control.
If only Cloudways would roll out OpenLiteSpeed on their servers I’d be delighted with my entire setup, but this is not a complaint about mainWP, just an observation about the CLoud provider I’m using.
Overall a real time-saver and well worth investing early before it becomes a monthly payment model like many of the other console providers such as Updraft and iControlWP. In my view mainWP is comparable to and better in many ways than the competition and because it’s hosted on my own servers it’s much better from a GDPR point of view too.
