Maintenance mode not showing

Hello,

I have been using Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd for a few years and it usually works great…

However, I have just made a clone of my main website for testing purposes and want to hide this site behind a Maintenance page, but although I have set everything up correctly (it is an exact copy of my main site where the Coming Soon page works fine) and the Coming Soon page in the backend says “Maintenance Mode Active” – it doesn’t appear to be showing up at the front end?

I have cleared my cache many times and also tested it in incognito pages on different browsers but the web address just goes to the home page of my test site, not maintenance mode?
