Maintenance mode is blocked on my index

  • Hello everyone, today i just to update my wordpress and my index is on maintenance mode (Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.) the problem is, i don’t see the .maintenance file in my ftp, i’ve activated the hidden files but it doesn’t appear on my ftp…

    Anyone can help me ?

  • Perhaps speak to your web host. Perhaps the server hides hidden files.

    i’ve looked on my host FTPexplorer, on filezilla and on cyberduck. All show the hidden files and no one show me the .maintenance

    I’ve try to backup the entire site (ftp files and SQL file), i’ve installed a good version of the site but the maintenance is again right there…

    Help me please…

    Did you speak to your web host tech support? Sorry to ask again, but I can’t really move forward until you answer…
