Maintenance Mode Disabled but still appears after logging out of wordpress.

    Maintenance Mode Disabled but still appears after logging out of wordpress.
    I have tried:
    1)Un-checking the maintenance mode option in the enigma theme options panel,
    2)logging out of wordpress
    3)opening website in incognito window

    Home page still displays maintenance message?
