.sidebar-heading { font-size: 10px !important }

Change 10 to any number you want.

Do you mean style.css ? The expression “.sidebar-heading { font-size: 10px” does not exist in this file.

If you want to change it directly in style.css look for:

.sidebar-heading, .tabs-widget-navigation {

and there should be a font-size: 10px; bellow that. Change 10 to something else.
