Main Settings Page does not work

Hi all,

I can select the main language and the translation language but during saving it “resets” again. So with other words: I can′t get it.

Of course I did something “stupid” ; I deleted the project as I wanted to start all over.

After this occured I tried uninstalling the plugin, reinstalling the plugin, updating the plugin and deleting the cache. Nothing helps.

I have a starters package.
Someone any ideas how to solve it?
