Main PopUp Content not displaying

    Hi,

    Im quite new to wordpress so apologies in advance if i sound dumb! Ive just installed the pop up plugin, i’d like it to display a subscribe form however the main content part of the pop up is not displaying.. Ive tried just adding plain text rather than the form but it doesn’t display either. The title and sub title come up fine, as does the call to action button.. Ive set the Load to use page footer as suggested with forms, still no luck. Am i doing something wrong? We use a custom built theme from genesis.

    Cancel that, it seems to be just the preview thats not working. It also hasn’t worked a few times when logged in, but seems ok now!
