Main Picture is not replaced when clicking on thumbnail

    When I click on the thumbnails below the main product picture, the main picture is not replaced my the thumbnail nor does it come up in lightbox. If I choose a packaging from the dropdown that image replaces the main image. I need to be able to have customers click on a thumbnail and have it replace the main image or have it come up in lightbox.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello there,
    The image is not supposed to be replaced with the ones from the gallery as they are clicked.

    They should open the lightbox though. This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
