Main Panel not showing complete list of tabs after update v5.0.6

After updating to v5.0.6 some of the tabs in the main panel dissapear and it is only showing:
“Capabilities”
“Login Redirect”
“Logout Redirect”
“404 Redirect”

This is for any role or user. visitor only shows “404 Redirect” and Default shows “Login logout and 404 redirect”
