Main page take 1min to open

  • Hey there!

    I met some issue on wordpress website. So the problem is that only main page of website take more than 1 minute to open it. As far as i can see the problem with server response time, but iam not sure which way i need to check. Most intresting, that problem exist only on main page, any other pages opens immediately. (https://fctemp.ru/newstemp/)
    1 week ago everything were fine i could say. Any ideas, collegues ? Development team which is made this website is dissapeared.
    Now iam copying all data on my hosting to test

    You should check where that issue come from:
    1. check your custom plugin
    2. check your theme
    3. remove all or some part of that page to check

    It seems that this page could be more optimized.
    In GTMetrix you can see various advice on improving your website’s speed.
    For example, in the Waterfall section, you can see how much time each component takes to load your page. As you can see, the website can be fully loaded faster if you optimize your images, screenshot – https://i.imgur.com/5vCrCN4.png.

    Also, as David said, you can disable the plugins that are active, but not actually in use or have very little use. It’s worth noting that each plugin can cause additional waiting time. ??
