Main Page Reviews Does not Sort like stated in the short code

    Hi!

    I have a problem with the reviews on my main page. I am using the short code below. However, they are not sorted out for their helpfulness.

    [cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” sort_by=”helpful” per_page=”10″ number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”true” show_pictures=”false” show_products=”true” categories=”” product_tags=”” products=”” shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″ inactive_products=”true” show_replies=”false” show_more=”5″ min_chars=”0″ avatars=”initials”]

    As you can see, they are sorted by helpful, but it is not the case. For example, reviews with thumbs up are showing below compared to no thumbs up or thumbs down reviews. Please see attached screenshot.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    There is an issue with the sort option of the all reviews shortcode and I’ve escalated this to the development team. It will be fixed in the next update.
