main page does not open

I install the plugin inside my WP environment.
When click the button “enter phpmyadmin” the page show me this message

Go back to Dashboard-Options page, and then click “Login” phpMyAdmin button again. If you still have problems, open ticket at Support pages, probably something breaks a normal page-load in dashboard.

if I use the login manually button it show url empty error massage

Can someone help me to fix this error
