• Hi I have WordPress 4.5, running the Lumen theme and Visual Composer. Everything runs fine until I install Visual Composer – I get a javascript error that stops thje main navigation from working. If I moouse over the navigation button I see the url of the destination in my browser status bar below, I can right click the button and ‘open link in new tab’ just fine but when I left click the link nothing happens.

I’ve contacted support for the theme but there is no effort on their part to rectify it and the turnaround time is a week on each request. Visual Composer’s support identified the error but will not fix it.

    The error reads:

    (JQMigrate)
    (x) Uncaught TypeError: cannot read property ‘prototype’ of undefined
    (x) Uncaught ReferenceError: NProgress is not defined
    (3) Uncaught ReferenceError: NProgress is not defined

Please help. I’m reasonably au fait with using the editor to update pages etc and if I can be pointed to the error and offered a solution I am confident I can do the work.
