Main Nav Menu Problem

Modernize 3-15?When i Search for a Product using SKU or just Product Name, on the Search Results page the Main Nav shows the Product Search Results as Menu items. Seems very strange.

Go to any other page to see the Correct Main Nav.
This problem does NOT effect TwentyFourteen Theme.
