• Hello there!

First of all, thanks for the great plugin! I am currently using the free version to develop a new website but definitely plan to upgrade to the paid version if the final result is good enough (which seems to me so far).

I am also using polylang 1.9.3 as the site has to be multilingual.

The problem is that sometimes the main menu links redirect to the slider landing page instead of the right horizontal section. It happens when:

    a. I open any blog post and click on any main menu link.
    b. I change language using the language menu

Rest of the time the menu behaves as expected, sliding to the right to the proper section of the website.

My custom URLs are like this:

    https://spanish16.audiogil.es/es/#home/centro
    https://spanish16.audiogil.es/es/#home/cursos

I’ve set up polylang so that the start page’s name is hidden in the URL, but not doing so also fails to solve the problem.

Most confusing, in either (a) or (b) case, when I click on any menu link, the right URL briefly appears inside the address bar, but the section part disappears in the blink of an eye and the slider page is loaded instead. For example:

    https://spanish16.audiogil.es/es/#home/cursos

    is automatically transformed into:

    https://spanish16.audiogil.es/es/#home

Besides, if after loading the start page for the firt time I manually add the suffix corresponding to the section part, for instance “cursos”:

    https://spanish16.audiogil.es/es/#home/cursos

then the right section does appear indeed, *but* if I open a new tab or window and type again the *full* url all I get is the slider page (!!).

Seems to me that some forwarding or address rewriting is going on… maybe Polylang is to blame?

The site is live, you can try for yourself (if doing so, use only the Spanish versions as the other translations are not available, yet).

    Thanks and best regards.

    Pablo.

  • Hello There!

We really appreciate you writing in.

    Apologies for the late response.

We would like to inform you that we are aware of this issue and that Scroll me has some issues being turned into a Multi language site.

Scroll me is based on the URL for the Horizontal scroll effect and Multi language site seems to be also based on changing the site URL which the theme does not seem too work with.

We are looking into this issue and hope to solve this issue in the future updates.

    Hope this information was useful.

    Thank you!
