Main menu structure is visible on coming soon page?

I’m really sorry that IgniteUp isn’t working as expected for you. But I’m not so clear about the problem you are experiencing.

Can you post a link to a screenshot of the menu you are seeing in the coming soon page. So we can understand what’s the exact situation you are facing with.

Okay now I can see your problem.
This is because of a wrong technique using by your WordPress theme. This is not something wrong from our end.

But you can still fix it, just add following CSS line to the Custom CSS field in the IgniteUp options page. It will hide the menu from coming soon page.

#jPanelMenu{display:none !important;}

Let us know if it fixed your problem.
