Main menu not working

    The menu order setting works fine. It sets it to the order that is defined under the Reorder FAQs page. Aside from that, there is no main menu setting. The only time you will notice the menu order setting working is if you have ratings on some questions and you switch the order between menu order and ratings.

    In my case it does not sets the order that I have defined under the recorder FAQs page but an alphabetic order. What can I do?

    Alphabetical order is the default. Are you sure that you have reordered and saved the order in the Reorder FAQs page?

    At sort order I selected menu order and saved changes.

    OK, you need to change the order of the questions on the reorder FAQs page for them to not be in alphabetical order.
