Main menu item page link doesn’t work when there is submenu items

As I check your website on the main menu you did not add the link to that page. It is just showing the # only.

Can you please add the link on the main menu and then check.

If you still face the same issue then please share screencast of the issue that will help us to identify the issue.

Hey Sumit, thanks for your quick response!

Ok, so in the WordPress Dashboard>Appearance>Menus, I have insert the main menu pages, Services & FAQs as well as Summer Day Trip Ideas, but as soon as there are submenu items these main pages automatically don’t appear, i have a similar setup in my mobile menu (with a different plugin) you can see the pages there.

It is a bit hard to answer why you are experiencing this issue
The best advice I can give is the standard fault finding and fixes.
I first advise you to clear the cache and cookies. You can also try to reset your permalinks and try again.
The issue could also be due to a theme or plugin conflict

Themes:

As a test, switch to a default theme such as twenty-twenty and see if this fixes it.

Plugins:

If that doesn’t work, also deactivate all plugins apart from RM and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.
If you cannot do this to your site (say because it is live) then use the ‘troubleshooting’ features of this plugin to let you test without affecting other users
