main menu issue

  • when I customize the primary menu or make a new menu , the new menu has small changes in active page position in menu, it falls some pixels down. I tested many different ways to make menu by page or custome url etc. but all are the same. on the other hand, I found out that the primary menu that the theme shows automatically, is none of the menus, it seems to be an automatic menu of pages. then how can I have my desired menu without position issue?

    Go to Appearance -> Theme Options > Customizer -> Custom CSS Editor

    Put below given CSS into that box and save this.

    .navbar-default .navbar-nav>li>a { display : inline-block;}

    under appearance there is no theme options in appearance/customize I don’t see custom css editor as well.

    where can I put the code you gave me above?
    because in customizer there is no place for custome css
