main menu don't switch in customizr theme and polylang installation

  • Need help, please!!!

    After days searching online and tried all the possible solutions I still can’t find a fix for my multilingual website.

    I installed customizr pro, and it works fine. After one month later, I installed polylang. It also works, but the main menu can’t switch between my Chinese and English main menu.

    Two menus were created, and assigned to two languages at the menu management setup. Tried to deactivate polylang plug and use another new created main menu, it works.
    Polylang suggests the Ajax option in customizr should be close, but I can’t find where it is.

    Customizr has no Ajax option to disable, ’cause doesn’t loads pages with ajax.
    I’m afraid you have this issue I cannot replicate, sorry cannot help ??
    Does this only happens with customizr? Have you tried to switch to another standard theme?

    I tried to use other default theme, like 2013 and 2014, they didn’t work.
    I found the polylang plug owner has helped to fix other people’ same issue, but my one still can’t be fixed. I tried to follow the solutions online, but it doesn’t work.

    Really need more help!

    I’m sorry Joshua, seems to be an issue with polylang or/and your language settings. Since you have the same issue with other themes is not a customizr issue.
    I don’t know polylang very well.
