Main menu display issue

    Hi
    Im using this theme for wordpress, it looks great but the main menu clips the top of the font in IE8. I know IE8 is a bit old now its just a client pointed it out to me. Its not just my install the blackoot demo does it also.

    I’ve tried increasing the line height in blackoot.min.css but no luck.

    any ideas people?

    Wait!
    I fixed it – its just that particular font (Quicksand) that’s problematic.

    I changed the #navbar font to arial and its fine. A bit inconsistent design wise but at least it works
