• Hello! The header/footer and a bunch of the customization choices I had made on my site have suddenly broken this morning. Summary of broken things I find so far:

? Footer went from 2 columns to 4 columns.
    ? Header menu disappeared
    ? Header logo disappeared
    ? Typography choices for h1, h2, h3, and h4 are broken
? Footer bottom menu reset to default (e.g. OceanWP by Nick instead of MySite by Me)

I have no idea why. Only things we were doing on the site at the time were upping the available memory to WordPress, in trying to change the main menu drop-down typography Text Transform from “default” to “none.” Don’t see why either of these things would have an impact.

Worse, trying to make changes in Customize doesn’t work. As in, I can reset the footer to two columns, it looks fine in the preview, and then I hit publish and it stays at 4 columns. Or I re-add the site logo, but it refuses to publish. And I have no idea where the menu has run off to.

I’d be very grateful for any support or ideas. I’m totally mystified.

    Thanks,
    Kaitlin

Updated with a bit more information: It’s actually everything I’d set from within “Customize” settings that is broken — any site fonts, colours, sizes, etc. Custom CSS still seems to be working, but any choices made from within the Customize editor itself are broken or [effectively reset to defaults].
