Main Menu cannot change with new customized

  • I created a new customized menu in my admin configurations and when I saved with main-menu option checked, my new menu does not appear in my company’s site.
    The menu keeps the same previously.
    By the other hand, I realized the WordPress always considers the first item from combo box “Select a menu to edit”; I mean if I rename my new menu structure so that this one is the first in the list (alphabetically), I get the new menu structure that I would want.
    So, in this case, the flag “main-menu” is ignored and it does not work properly it should do.
    I do not know which php file or mysql table I can find the menu and/or flag menu references to fix this bug.
    Anybody can help me?

  • I’m new’ish’ at this stuff, but did you clear the cache after the new menu was created? I thought my changes weren’t working and then it was suggested to clear the cache because it was just the old page being called. Clearing the cache made all my changes visible ??

    llgchristy, I did that.
    I cleared the browser cache before and it did not work.
