Main menu cannot be expanded on mobile devices when using tab plugin on the page

But I tried couple tab plugins and found the main menu button has the same issue. Once I change the theme style to modern type, then it is okay. So I doubt it is because of the classic theme’s issue.

I made the changes on the file bootstrap-classical.js with 2 additions and 2 deletions according to eri-trabiccolo’s method, but the issue is still there. The system I use on the mobile phone is Andriod. Can you check it again?
