“Main item” price not showing up

I’ve grouped several products together to be added onto the main item. I’ve set the main item to be added to the cart whenever someone clicks “add to the cart,” plus whatever grouped items they choose.

This is all good and works, but the problem is on the actual page, the price of the main item isn’t showing (actually it displays for about half a second before going down to $0.00 again).

Unfortunately, that could cause a bit of a surprise to someone when they think they’re only going to be paying $13, then they click add to the cart, and it’s $119+$13. How can I get the main item price to stay up?
